In 1979, after years of being on the road, Bill founded The Paramount Marketing Group of Companies Worldwide. He saw the need for a locally owned company that could service the needs of a rapidly changing market in the event planning and entertainment industry. Bill is also the brain child behind Scene Entertainment, Magnum Talent, and Wes Productions. All functioning under the guidance and leadership of the Paramount Marketing Group of Companies Worldwide.
